Who is Antanas?
AI-based robotic software that operates continuously and performs repetitive processes that previously required human touch. Antanas is a bot that is able to process information and complete assigned tasks. Antanas also detects and notifies the user as soon as any errors are detected.
- The program performs multiple actions simultaneously
- Operates with artificial intelligence
- Executes tasks in a safe and precise manner
- Low maintenance costs
- Capable to detect errors

Why Antanas is an irreplicable employee?
Antanas is a smart robot designed to automate repetitive actions while optimising the time and cost efficiency. Robotic process automation software is an innovative way to continuously perform processes more rapidly and more effectively.
Processing speed
Antanas performs tasks faster than any individual could. Faster than even a group of ten people. Artificial intelligence observes and teaches itself the most accurate and efficient task sequence obtained from your employees.

We installed the robot in 2016 and the results that our team has achieved are more than impressive. Even though we have reduced the number of people involved in the execution of repetitive processes, the number of enforcement actions in enforcement cases has significantly increased. On top of this, the number of recovered debts has increased as well. The bailiff's office operates using Antanas software to date.
Turto Bankas
Turto bankas acts as a State-owned property operator, real estate project developer, State-owned property seller. 'Turto bankas' also executes State-owned enterprises privatization and collects public debt. ‘Turto bankas’ has installed the robot Antanas to work with the Lithuanian court electronic services portal (EPP) and trained Antanas to work with the Property Management Document Management System (DVS). Since the installation of Antanas the workload of employees registering incoming and outgoing documents has decreased, since these tasks are now carried out by the robot Antanas.
Robot Antanas also fills in the feedback template based on the EPP data. Antanas sends the signed procedural document from the DVS system to the court via the EPP.
Currently ‘Turto bankas’ is able to adequately distribute the workload to the responsible staff members as we see each employee’s work statistics in the interface of robot Antanas.
JSC “Klaipedos Energija” implemented the project “Development of a Robotics System for Debt Management Processes”
Robot Antanas is trained to collect data following the set parameters about unpaid customers in the company's information system and to check the relevance of data in external information systems.
When one decides to apply to the court for debt collection, robot Antanas collects the documents required for the procedural document in the company's databases, forms a certificate of default interest, a stamp payment document, fills in the procedural document template and submits it to the court via Lithuanian Court Electronic Services Portal (after – ESP). It also monitors and informs the user about changes in the ESP, downloads documents. Robot Antanas also facilitated the work of the company's employees who cooperate with JSC “Klaipėdos vanduo” on disconnecting water of the unpaid customers.

FAQ
Antanas is a robotic process automation software utilizing artificial intelligence tools designed to search, detect, classify and further administrate text or numeric documents and files located in both external and internal databases.
Antanas is an innovative way to increase productivity across all the processes that involve repetitive tasks. The robot deploys artificial intelligence in order to automate the actions, optimise the sequence of their performance, reduce the number of errors and cut down the need for human involvement.
The automation robot tracks the data changes in external and internal databases periodically. The robot identifies if there are any changes, determines their parameters, compares and initiates the start of a specific action sequence. Of course, the sequence can also be initiated manually.
Everything you need to do is set the timeline in the system of the robot, all, based on which Antanas shall begin performing the specified action.
A specific sequence of actions is either created by Antanas developers or installed along with the automation robot. The user defines the tasks that Antanas executes. Antanas with the help of artificial intelligence tools continue to test, refine and build the existing sequence of actions.
Yes, you’ve got it right, the robot is able to detect errors and develop its operating principles in order to reduce costs on a daily basis.
Antanas has an ergonomic, simple and comfortable user interface, where the user can create a new sequence of actions or improve an an existing one. Even when your team undergoes the slightest changes in their daily processes, the amendments can be effortlessly applied to the robot software by creating new sequences or adjusting the old ones.
Antanas connects to external or internal databases, e.g. banks, registries, external or internal servers, etc., on behalf of the user. Once Antanas is connected to external or internal databases, the robot searches for the scheduled or requested information or its differences, copies the data, changes the format of the document, inserts text and performs other user-defined actions. This process is the basis of the robot’s further actions related to the external database.
Following the instruction, Antanas can address either external or internal databases, connect to third-party databases, search for the requested information, copy data, change the format of the document and insert text.
The objectives and operations of the robot are specified by the user. Actions can include:
– creation of various text documents (e.g. Word, Excel, PDF, etc.);
– data import, copy, export to external and internal databases;
– sending data to recipients using various means and formats of communication;
– if necessary, the program can prepare the data for printing, and to actually print, fill-in envelopes;
– the robot can assign codes and tags for the data to be identified by other applications.
The program is particularly beneficial if you perform many corresponding, repetitive operations with the same sequence, requiring human touch.
The main distinguishing fact of Antanas is his ability to learn. Artificial intelligence captures how data should be identified in a variety of cases. Statistical possibilities are formed from the captured data and are used for future data identification cases. The learning function ensures maximum textual data recognition in external databases and accuracy of their processing and replication.
Based on the given parameters, the robot’s control centre can automatically and evenly distribute the workload among the operating robots. The main robot controls the occupancy of its subordinate robots and shares information with the others.
Also, if the company has a number of team members, and the documents need to be processed particularly urgently, the robot will connect to the internal occupancy system and determine who of the employees is most likely to do it the fastest way possible using pre-defined criteria. Other goal optimisation is possible too, but in any case, the program aims to accomplish the task as effectively as possible.
